You can easily update or change your payment method at any time through our Client Portal.

  1. Log In to Your Account:
    Begin by visiting the Client Portal and logging in with your username and password. If you’ve forgotten your login details, use the "Forgot Password" option to reset them.

  2. Navigate to the Subscription Settings:
    Once logged in, click on the Settings tab, then select Subscription from the dropdown menu. This will take you to the page where you can manage your payment details.

  3. Update Your Payment Method:
    On the Subscription page, you'll see an option to update your payment information. Enter your new card details, including the card number, expiration date, and CVV. Double-check your entries to ensure accuracy.

  4. Save Your Changes:
    After entering your new payment information, click the Save or Update Payment Method button to finalize your changes. A confirmation message will appear once your update is successful.
