You can easily update or change your payment method at any time through our Client Portal.

Log In to Your Account:
Begin by visiting the Client Portal and logging in with your username and password. If you’ve forgotten your login details, use the "Forgot Password" option to reset them. -
Navigate to the Subscription Settings:
Once logged in, click on the Settings tab, then select Subscription from the dropdown menu. This will take you to the page where you can manage your payment details. -
Update Your Payment Method:
On the Subscription page, you'll see an option to update your payment information. Enter your new card details, including the card number, expiration date, and CVV. Double-check your entries to ensure accuracy. -
Save Your Changes:
After entering your new payment information, click the Save or Update Payment Method button to finalize your changes. A confirmation message will appear once your update is successful.
